Shops keep closing due to greed of Owners of Yanchep shopping centre charging to much rent to small business ie: Subway, fresh groceries shop, CP massage. This shopping centre is providing less of a service to its patrons and eventually there will be no small business apart from the banks and Woolworths as per usual. Shop some where else
Shopping mall 1980s style. Whilist this is never going to rival the great shopping experiences of the world such as Oxford St, and 5th Avenue NY, it has a decent sized Woolworth's anchor, a booze shop, bank and little cake shop. It's clean, with plenty of parking. Useful for locals but not a destination.
Loved this little centrer had all that i needed very clean staff & locals very friendly.
Small shopping centre, exceptionally clean, good selection of necessity shops. Woolworths is well stocked and good selection
I suppose it's a good place to shop if you live in Yanchep. I don't though. I live in civilisation.
